What do ffl dealers pay for guns
The sad part is that I would still save a lot if I bought online. Would I still be considered a prick for this? Video was very informative. I now understand why prices are higher at my LGS. I try to buy all my guns local.
OMG I could get those invoices at supercheapinvoices. They called them multipliers and in short small business gets a multiplier of like 1. The middleman wholesalers are the ones ripping consumers and small businesses off left and right in every case no one else. Personally I think multipliers should be outlawed for what they are, violations of the antitrust laws of the US and people using them to form illegal monopolies but being as a bunch of criminal politicians are investing in those same companies committing the obvious federal crimes no doubt nothing will ever be done.
This is why I only buy and sell on the black market. My local shop has grown exponentially in the past 10 years. The best part is they are located just outside of town, so usually the only tax to be paid is a 4.
Completely agree, find a knowledgeable local gun shop and I guarantee they will give you better service than the part time kid working behind the counter at Cabelas, Academy, ect. I prefer to buy local but in addition to what others have stated as complaints about the behavior of some gun shop owners the literal unethical behavior at one shop caused partners to dissolve the business , the last two guns I purchased I couldn't find as small shops.
He is telling the truth. Sucks that the small shop can't get the same pricing as the big box stores. I will always pay a little more to my local shop owner in anything I buy, guns being one of the things to help keep them open.
If I need anything they always help me. If I have a question they answer it for me and I trust them because they want me as much as I want them. It's a win win for me. I worked for a company not guns and we sold at the same price to big box and small shops however the big box got kick backs and the small guy didn't. It sucks and isn't right but it is the way it is. Hey, thanks very much for this amazingly informative video, my brother and I were thinking about this very venture. Anyway thanks again for sharing this video and keep up the great work.
